Reservations and Cancellation Policy and Waiver Requirement

We require that each guest read and sign our release of liability, waiver of claims and indemnity agreement prior to participating in any backcountry activities, please click below to download a sample of our release agreement.

Deposit and Schedule of Terms

We require a 50% deposit to reserve private group dates and/or individual spaces in our ski programs. All prices listed are subject to 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Full payments/trip balance will be due November 1 prior to your trip.

Single day reservations require full payment at the time of reservation.

Refunds

We guarantee that we can ski every day of your package regardless of weather and/or avalanche conditions. As such, we do not offer refunds. Private group bookings are priced per group. No refunds or credits based on partial group cancellations.

Helicopter Accessed Ski Touring : If unable to fly for any reason during your trip, Revelstoke Backcountry Guides will refund any unused flight cost of $2000 CAD for unused round trip flight for group of up to 4.

Costs incurred as a result of weather delays are the responsibility of the guest/group. It is our strong recommendation that each guest purchases trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance and plans to arrive in Revelstoke with 24 hrs prior to trip start.
