Each guest will be required to sign a paper copy of our Release Agreement prior to participation.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due the earlier of December 1st or 60 days prior to trip start for Winter programs or 30 days prior for Summer programs.
Payments are non-refundable and we recommend that each guest purchases trip cancellation insurance from tugo or travelex. If there is a need to cancel or alter your current booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once dates and availability are confirmed, we’ll work directly with you to create a custom itinerary and recommend the best blend of services for your group’s needs. Trip deposits and payments can be made securely through a direct online invoice.
